Alia is the visionary behind Spokane Inner Peace Park, driven by a deep commitment to blend mindfulness, science, and community connection. As founder and Executive Director, she leads the project’s direction, rooted in years of observing how families and communities crave peaceful learning environments.

“This dream grew from years of navigating seasonal depression with her children and witnessing how our community craves year-round places to be together. SIPP is her love letter to Spokane—where Science, Imagination, Peace, and Play meet.”

Danial Lammers

CTO & STEM Coordination

CEO of ITO Nexus Technologies

Bio:
Danial brings technical expertise and STEM insight to the board. As the leader of ITO Nexus Technologies, he supports Spokane Inner Peace Park’s mission by integrating science education with organizational technology. His sponsorship of the Cosmic Club highlights his commitment to accessible STEM-led curiosity.

Morgan Walters

Art Director

Founder of M.A.D co Labs

Bio:
Morgan is a creative force in Spokane’s arts community. Founder of M.A.D. Co. Lab Studios, she champions inclusive artistic expression and supports local creatives through shared studio spaces, galleries, and collaborative events. Her role as Art Director brings authentic creative energy to the Park’s design and programming.

Mike Moglia

Security Director

Bio:
Mike is a trusted authority in safety and protection, serving as CEO of Columbia Protection—a veteran-owned security firm dedicated to community vigilance. His expertise ensures the Park will remain a safe, secure, and welcoming space for all visitors.

Shari Manikowski

STEM Director

Former Math Educator at Gonzaga and lover of Pi

Bio:
A retired math educator with a decades-long legacy at Gonzaga Prep, Shari’s teaching inspired students—including astronaut Anne McClain—to reach for the stars. Currently advocates for project ICU and now serving as STEM Director, she brings both wisdom and wonder, guiding the Park’s educational and curiosity-driven programs.

Val serves as a key Community Engagement Advisor. As a real estate professional, he brings community-building expertise and connection skills to help the Park develop rooted local partnerships and outreach..
